Last week, Microsoft PowerToys version 0.59.0 came out with several improvements that include native support to ARM64, Power Rename running on WinUI 3, Windows App SDK runtime 1.1.0, and more. Now, the company released a patch (v0.59.1) that fixes issues found in the previous version (v0.59.0).

 

The latest patch release of Microsoft PowerToys v0.59.1 includes bug fixes related to FancyZone, PowerToys Run, and OOBE windows rendering. This patch also includes Windows App SDK runtime 1.1.1 to have the latest fixes.

Google has recently announced that it will be launching what it has called Assured Open Source Software via the Google Cloud.
