Windows 11 Canary Channel Build
The Canary Channel is where platform changes that need more time to develop before being made available to customers can be previewed. The builds that will be made available to Insiders through the Canary Channel will be "hot off the presses", meaning that virtually little validation and documentation will have been done before they are made available.

These builds might have serious flaws that prevent you from using your computer properly or, in rare instances, even force you to reinstall Windows.

Windows and some of the Canary Channel updates that Microsoft makes may never go live, while others may eventually appear in new versions of Windows.

Windows 11 Build 25375 Introduces Microsoft Endpoint DLP

With the introduction of Microsoft Endpoint DLP on Windows on Arm (Arm64) builds, users can now extend their data loss prevention policies and actions to endpoints running on these systems. This feature empowers organizations to detect and safeguard sensitive data within their digital ecosystem.

By implementing policy controls, businesses can prevent information workers using Windows endpoints powered by Arm chipsets from accessing sensitive files and attempting various egress actions, such as copying data to USB drives or other applications like the clipboard and notepad.

The integration of Microsoft Endpoint DLP into Windows 11 Build 25375 offers seamless functionality for users. Organizations can leverage the existing conditions and actions available in their DLP policy definition without the need for additional settings. This ensures a smooth transition and minimizes any potential disruptions in the data protection workflow.

To take advantage of this new feature, users are advised to onboard their ARM64 endpoints to Microsoft Endpoint DLP using any of the supported onboarding methods. This step will enable organizations to effectively implement and enforce their data loss prevention policies on Windows endpoints running on Arm64 architectures.

Microsoft continues to prioritize data security and protection, and the addition of Microsoft Endpoint DLP support in Windows 11 Build 25375 is a testament to their commitment. By expanding the capabilities of its operating system, Microsoft is empowering organizations to strengthen their data protection strategies and maintain a secure digital environment.

Windows 11 Insiders can now explore and test this latest build by downloading Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25375 from the Canary Channel. As always, Microsoft encourages users to provide feedback and report any issues they encounter during their testing. This valuable feedback assists Microsoft in refining its software and delivering a more robust and user-friendly experience for all.

Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25375 marks another step forward in Microsoft's ongoing efforts to enhance data security and protection. Stay tuned for further updates as Microsoft continues to innovate and refine Windows 11 for its global user base.
