A new version of Microsoft Office is now available to the Office Insiders. The latest MS Office version 2205 comes with build number 15130.20000 and is currently rolling out under the Windows Beta Channel (formerly known as Fast Ring). Though this update doesn't bring any new features to the Office Suite, it contains several bug fixes as listed below.

Fixed an issue with selections not appearing or not visible after being chosen in some dropdown menus, especially in the Dark Gray theme.

Fixed an issue where similar but distinct images may be handled incorrectly.

Fixed an issue where a merge conflict alert did not offer the option of discarding the current changes.

Excel - Notable Fixes

Fixed an issue that could cause an error when trying to navigate to a document stored in SharePoint.

Access - Notable Fix

Fixed an issue where unintended line breaks could occur for languages with IVS characters.
