If you are running Windows 10 Build 21354 or higher, you can now easily change the brightness and contrast of your video/web camera attached to the system. Just follow the simple mentioned steps below:

 

  1. Open the Windows 10 Settings app (shortcut: Win + I).
  2. Navigate to Devices > Camera settings page. This will list all the cameras added to your system.
  3. Click the camera for which you want to change the brightness and contrast.
  4. On the next screen, scroll down a bit. You will see the sliders to increase and decrease the brightness and contrast of the selected camera.
  5. Slide it up or down as per your need.
