Microsoft releases a new Office build for Windows in the Current (Preview) Channel. The latest Office version 2101 build 13628.20030 is now available to Office Insiders with two new changes for Microsoft Outlook client (Win32) and Microsoft Visio.

 

The latest version of the Outlook client adds an option to make all meetings online by default. Whereas Visio adds refreshed Azure stencils (shapes and icons). Here's the complete changelog for you.

During this global pandemic, most of the people are working from home. That caused a dramatic increase in the number of meetings that happens online. Microsoft says, One of the top customer asks has been to provide an option to make all meetings online by default.

 

With the latest build version 13628.20030 of Microsoft Office for Windows, Microsoft now made all meetings scheduled through the Win32 Outlook Client app to be set as an online meeting by default. You will no longer need to remember to add Teams meeting details to your Outlook meeting.

 

If you are a Visio user, you can now see that Microsoft has refreshed the Azure stencils. With the latest Visio build, you can now represent your Azure architecture in Visio using the latest icons and shapes provided by Microsoft.
