System Requirements for .NET Core

.NET Core 2.1.0 supports the following operating systems/platforms: Windows Client: 7, 8.1, 10 (1607+), Windows Server: 2008 R2 SP1+, macOS: 10.12+, Red Hat Enterprise Linux: 6+, Fedora: 26+, Ubuntu: 14.04+, Debian: 8+, SLES: 12+, Open SUSE: 42.3+, Alpine: 3.7+. Make sure that, you are running either of them before downloading and installing.
